Cancellation Policy
Dear Clients,
First and foremost, I want to say how much I appreciate every single one of you. You’re not just clients—you’re part of what makes this journey so special. Because of that, I’ve created a cancellation policy to help keep things organized and ensure I can give you the best experience possible.
Here’s how it works:
• Cancellations with Less than 24 Hours’ Notice: Unfortunately, any cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment will result in a charge of 30% of the service fee. This is because last-minute changes make it challenging to fill the spot and maintain the flow of the schedule.
• Repeated Cancellations: If there are more than two consecutive cancellations, I’ll kindly ask that you pay the full service amount upfront to reschedule.
This policy is not to penalize, but rather to keep things running smoothly for everyone. That said, I have full confidence that I won’t even need to remember this policy exists, because my clients are truly the best!
